I would like to take advantage in this point of time to personally thank you, and your colleagues, for the excellent service I have received from the outset, and still receiving, from The Pogir Group.
Round about 2 years I was insured with Santam, (for many years) with a monthly premium of about R5,500. Then I received a call from you whereby you offered to submit a quotation for my complete portfolio – 3 cars, 2 houses (structure and contents) – and I must admit I was very skeptical about this “exercise”. Within 24 hours I received your quotation, and low and behold, your quote was roughly R1000 less than Santam – and with many more benefits.
In the last 2 years, I’ve had 2 minor claims through Pogir, and once again, with no questions asked or any red tape investigations, both claims were once again sorted within 24 hours, and the claimed amounts reflected in my bank account within 48 hours.
Now that is what I call SERVICE.
